Room for rent

Hi.

I have a nice big room for rent in my brand new house. So if you live in perth and want to share accomodation with another eq player send me a private message. House is in quinns rocks ( north of joondalup). Very quiet area , 20 min walk to the beach , 5 mins to shops and busses. have a big ass park right outside too.
Room is unfurnished. Own big bathroom and toilet.
