The joys of mail migration...

I send out an email to a distribution list saying - this is what is happening to your email account in the next 24 hours. It contains the instructions of what to do and how to go about it.

I get a phone call and this guy asks me what is happening with his email. I asked him if he had read the email that I sent to him yesterday afternoon advising him of the changes that was going to occur soon. He told me no it was still unread in his inbox.

The amount of users who I support only read first line of the email I send them is incredible. Gives me a headache just thinking about it
