On Tuesday, March 23rd, 2004 at 3:00am pst (-8 UTC), all servers will be brought down for an update. Estimated Downtime is 3 hours. - The SOE Game Operations Team

Direct X 9 Required on all SOE servers and Venril Sathir
Greetings all,

After the update on March 23rd, all SOE EQ servers and Venril Sathir will require Direct X 9.

In order to make the transition as smooth as possible, we ask that you also update your video card to its latest drivers. You can find a list of supported video cards and drivers at this link, Technical Support.
