Hi Wreckers :)

Post by Amonet »

I hope this isn't too cheeky of me to post here but as an old EQ player who is seriously thinking of coming back to start afresh I've been reading up on the forums to see if there where many Oceanic guilds/players left and Wreckers was the one that caught my eye.

What I would be interested to know is if I did restart I would love to find a guild to call home and just have people to chat with to pass the time, I wouldn't be lookng for any hand-outs, power leveling etc but just company in /gu as I know I will be soloing till higher level :) Which is fine by me, means I have plenty of time to learn whichever class I decide to go with (played a ranger before), am undecided as of yet but have narrowed it down to druid, mage, necro or beastlord :D I wont be racing through the levels but likewise I wont be dragging either, but just want to enjoy exploring as I go :D

Anyway if Wreckers would be happy to have a newbie join there ranks it would be a great spur to get moving :)

Cheers

Heya bud.. yeah no probs with people posting a hello and make enquiries etc.

We welcome lower members into guild to give them a home whilst they are levelling. Just having someone to catch with can be a big bonus, and most of our general chatter occurs in guildchat. That said though some peopel join bertox.wreckers chat channel, and occasionally you can find some conversation there.

My advice though is to apply as a low level member.. you'll make friends faster etc.

Also, our members regularly have BBQ's so if you're nearby and interested it's a good way to catch up with guildies also.

Hope to see you in game soon. feel free to shoot me a tell anytime I"m on for a chat.

Thanks for the replies :)

That's great to hear, have started the game downloading as my discs are so old now and probably very out of date hehe, not sure how long it will take but I imagine a good long time.

Once I am up and running I will settle on a class and join the Wreckers channel to say hi.

Cheers and take care!
