I think maz was saying that he looks funny when you get a good look at him (when gamma is turned up you see him in finer detail)

I know on my screen I have gamma set a little moody and underwater I didn't get to see incredibly much

Yeh - its hell dark in his pit was remarking that he looks odd from behind with gamma turned up so you can see everything. He looks Cthulu like from the front till you notice the crab claws.

Hmm, i don't have the gamma up particularly high though heh. Been set on like 26% for ages
