400grams Hokkien Noodles
250 grams of chicken, beef, prawns - whatever
teaspoon of minced garlic
1 small onion
5 mushies
1 large bunch of bok choy
3 table spoons Ketchap Manis (sweet soya sauce
Soak noodles in boiling hot water (not still boiling) for about 5 - 10 mins.
Fry meat, onion (sliced), minced garlic until browned. (if prawns - do not over cook.)
Strain noodles from hot H2O
chuck noodles Ketchap Manis and bok choy into fry pan with meat and onion and garlic, toss together until well combined being careful not to smash up your noodles!
Serves 3 ppl. YUMMY!!! Oh and you can put some crushed peanuts on top if you like too.
