I haven't posted in here in such an age!!!
Simple sauces inc:
Honey Mustard
Equal measures (approx 1/4 cup makes enough for a good drizzle 3-4 folks)
Dijon Mustard, (shop bought) Mayo and Honey
1 TBL spoon of white vinegar
1 Decent squeeze of Lemon plus a small amount of zest (rind)
Pinch of Cayenne pepper to taste
Heat above gently. The shop bought mayo works best with this as homemade ones can split, "shop boughts" have a binding agent that helps keep it nicely together. Preferably with a whisk in the pan constantly but gently.
Add Pan Juices from a pork chop or similar, whisk and bingo!
