This feeds 2 but you can adjust it to your family's needs.
4 portabello mushrooms ( the large flat ones )
pizza sauce
cheese
onion
pineapple chunks or rings.
olives
tomato
pizza meat
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
with a spoon gently clean out the mushroom from edge to centre creating a flat bowl shape
place in pan and put in oven for 15 minutes until they start to release their juices.
meanwhile cut / chop / slice veggies and get meat ready
Once out of the oven, drain the juice from mushrooms ... ( I keep it for homemade soup the next day )
Spoon in pizza sauce
Add meat, veggies and pineapple
Top with cheese
Put back into oven until cheese is bubbly and melted
Eat with the salad I posted here ... Enjoy.

oregano or whatever spices you choose actually.
Sorry I can my own so all spices are already in it.
And we have lots of garlic in it ... 1 head minced and 1 head wrapped in foil with a bit of oil baked in oven for 20 minutes ... sounds like a lot, but I make anywhere from 75 - 150 jars of it. We have 4 grown kids 3 with families of their own and they " could " make it but they refuse to ! but they come home and take 20 jars of mom's soooo
