Everlasting Chilli

Ingredients:
Fresh red chilli, the little hot bastards
Soy Sauce, a decent amount enough to cover the chillies and then some.

Instructions:
Finely chop the Chilli into soy, thats it to start with. It's what you do after that counts.

Never throw it away, when you finish the chillis, keep the soy sauce and chop more chillis into it. You will need to top up the Soy from time to time. Slowly but surely the Soy will get hotter and hotter and tastier and tastier. Also the chillis will marinade overnight into this awesome strong soy flavoured spiciness that really goes well with the freshness of the newly added chillies.

I keep this constantly on the go for months on end, it doesnt go off, it just gets better.

Tasty Tip: Use this stuff in bacon sandwiches =) OMGZ too wonderful for words.
