4 Tomatoes (Hydroponic ones are the best)
1 Lemon (Juiced)
Half Tsp Crushed Garlic (not the jar stuff)
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Cucumber
Salt & Pepper
Wash Tomatoes/Cucumber and dice or slice them depending on your preference (I prefer to dice the cucumber and tomatoes) pop them into a bowl, crush up half a teaspoon of garlic and pop into the bowl and chuck the juice of one lemon in with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper and mix thoroughly unit all the ingredients are combined and serve chilled. Tis an awesome healthy salad you usually have a heap of the liquid leftover after eating the salad dont throw this out its the best bit - drink it
