This is a good way to use up your cookies before they go bad. LOL unless your household is like mine and they never have the chance
I like using Oatmeal Cookies for this but you can use any kind.
You'll need :
A whole bunch of cookies
A container of Cool Whip or make your own from whipping cream
Put a cookie then Cool Whip then another cookie keep doing this until you have your log as long as you want it ... smother the top with Cool Whip and refridgerate at least over night.
When I was a kid my parents made me paint an outdoor chair for them, and I did such a bad job I was never asked to paint anything ever again. Lesson well learned.

It slices like cake then Eat / Enjoy
My partner makes this all the time. It's one of our favourites.
We use Arnotts Choc Ripple biscuits and whip real cream.
okay what's this Chocolate Ripple Cake recipe ? Cause I have to try it now lol. OMG I get a whole bite out of anything but it takes the cravings away and is enough ( usually )

It's this Tav. In Australia people use Arnott's Chocolate Ripple biscuits to make this recipe.
aye Tav, its the cookie log u described but we use arnotts chocolate ripple biscuits as sab said.. real whipped cream works best.. and leave overnight..
