So the original Wrecking Crew have talked me into taking up Shadowbane again (gotta love a free MMO that's having a complete server wipe!) and I thought I'd stop by and see what the rest of you misanthropes from the old days were up to now (blame Scrubbo for telling me you were still playing )

Hiya Bop - miss you and all the oldtimers that taught me what it was to be a Wrecker. (Its why I'm so screwed up now).

Between the PC and three consoles there's just too many damn games to play these days, that's the problem! I'm an on-again off-again WoW player, as well as poking around Tabula Rasa. Shadowbane will probably pull a lot of my time once I get the hang of it again, as it's the one MMO I've played that offered a different experience to any of the others (PvP done well). After raiding in EQ with Wreckers and then Cold Fury, I just can't gather the enthusiasm to do it again in another game.

Aaed's keeping well, though very busy with work.

Miruwin - have you carried on my druidic tradition of getting summoned and then ignored by mobs?

Just goes to prove - you may be away for a while, but you can never truly leave your guild

And yeah.. I tend to play single person games when I only have an hour or two here or there.. Crysis was the last one.. though it bugged and that fkn rocketlauncher wouldn't lock onto targets for me

Wreckers is doing well. through attrition we're perhaps the 3rd ranked guild on the server.. still raiding 3 nights a week.

CF and AN (where a lot of the CF peeps went) have both folded as raiding guilds. So not much of an aussie community left in EQ.

Still the people are good, and the content is still there (though EQ itself has changed a lot, it's still the same pull kill pull kill it always has been)
