At work we have to dress up for this day .. so any ideas on a fast outfit that is easy to get and don't cost a tone? .. oh and needs to look good *nod*

Buy a pair of cheap mid calf length jeans or whatever from kmart and cut them into little tattered peaks just below the knee, buy an horizontal striped shirt with a boat neck if possible, buy a black scarf or a square of black cotton for your headcovering thing and make/buy an eyepatch, dig out your biggest gold hoop earrings and wear one only. If you are really feeling inventive, buy a stuffed bird toy and attach it to your shoulder.
