Ok I received auto response quickly and human response quickly but the moment i clicked the link to take me back for the initial response it becomes somewhat confusing it asks me for my email address and password so much so I tried on 4 different computers but ended up making a new report as it has been 5 days without a solution so perhaps follow the links and see what has gone wrong otherwise fairly happy. Another point brought up in guild chat was this simple statement. With the recourses sony has why do they always fk up the patch. I have played a real long time and can not remember one time where the patch went to plan.
