I'm looking for a cartoon picture of a man with several ? ? ? over his head, possibly standing on top of the world :p I have a very clear picture of it in my head, making me think that I've seen it before. If anyone has a clue as to where, I'd appriciate it. My Googling has turn up zip so far.
