It's called "How Soon Is Now" by Love Spit Love, and it was used in the Craft and Charmed, though they chopped it up for the Charmed theme. (Not sure if there's Charmed in Oz)

That song in itself is a watered down copy of an old track by The Smiths, much like Charmed is a watered down Buffy =) ooh !

Personally I generally hate The Smiths cos Morrissey is a wanker, but Johnny Marr was an inspired guitar player. The version you got is slicker and you dont have to listen to Morrissey whining on but the guitar on The Smiths is sublime and kicks all other versions asses.

Apparently TATU did a cover of it too, but I'm afraid to listen to that one. 
I like the Charmed version better than the original though, maybe because it's been branded onto my brain from watching so many episodes..

Echo and the Bunnymen also did a cover of 'How Soon is Now?' ... but The Smiths version is by far the best.
