You need to install this and have running prior to starting eq.

This places a icon in the systray (next to clock) right click it and select general uncheck show log

Select Speaker position

Now select gamesettings.ini and add

[eqgame.exe]
enabled=1

Close and save. Now start EQ and it should work

that sounds pretty cool.. will look into it
