password change

I am getting an error when I try to change my password.Any suggestions? My station name and old password is correct.
Also. Whats the easiest way to transfer a character from server to server?

You have to go to
www.soe.com and change your password there.
The easiest way to server change is to buy a token. As long as your account is over 90 days old it will unlock an instant transfer.

after a bunch of struggling I got over to Bertox and got flagged! Now I am trying to copy my ui and I keep getting "timed out" so I will try to attempt tomorrow. C-yas all soon.
