sounds!
You want to hear something mental?
See, I bought myself this Akai EWI USB thingy which is a midi synth controller that uses breath, like a wind instrument. I always found keyboards so un-expressive compared to my guitar that I was never satisfied. I have seen Mike Brecker (God rest his soul) a few times live and I always thought the EWI was a marvellously expressive instrument so when the USB one came out, I snapped one up.
Trouble is, I have never touched a wind instrument in my life...
But anyway, I had this wierd tune that was slowly evolving into some nonsense Tyrolean kinda waltzy kinda kitschy kinda thing and I EWI'd it, big time.
The trumpet doesn't really work, but then again I can't play trumpet =) BUT, I think the EWI is simply amazing for putting together string sections.
So for some not too serious Tyrolean lols, try Tyrolol
If I had thought of it earlier I would have called it Tyrolullaby!
