I watched the first 30 seconds, and checked the replies, and couldn't see what it was about and closed it. If someone wants to give a vague idea of why it's worthwhile to watch them I will.

what is troubling to me is that even though a number of people at least casually known to others on this board have said how good it is it's not worth 16 minutes of your time to find out?

Well YOU wernt Micahle only the people that sought for someone else to watch the 16 minutes then sumerize it so they dont have to bother.Hang on a minute.. The original intention was to brighten up other people's days or suggest something to improve your and other coinhabitants existance on this planet.
The intention was to share something a bunch of people took significantly longer puting together as artists to try to make things better in the world. And here we are arguing about wanting others to sumerise 16 minutes into 30 seconds.

OK, OK. Much against my better judgement, I will watch the thing. Might I add though before I do, that I'm totally opposed to touchy feely ''messages'' of love and hope and all that bullshit. So, if its about that, I'm going to be pissed off.

Oh piffle.
I saw this minutes after Maz posted it and at the time I clicked and then saw it was 16 minutes. After 30 seconds nothing had grabbed my attention and the replied on Youtube didn't indicate what it was about.
It's nothing to do with short attention spans or what have you, in all the effort various of you have just gone to in waxing on about how people should just watch you, you could have given a 1 or 2 sentence description of what it is or why it might be interesting and worth going on after 30 seconds of nothing.
ie "it's really quite funny as you get into it" or "there's a very interesting social message that becomes apparent after a few minutes" or whatever it is. Typically, the use of a descriptive subject would be sufficient.
