The 5th quest from Zhureni is to see "Randolf the Wise" (and his horse) to go take his "one and only ring" to the "fires of mt ashengate" and cast it into the lava, while being chased by "soot wraiths".
totally didnt get this one when I went through it but in retrospect I shouold have noticed :P

If your faction with the Guardians of Shar Vahl is kindly or better the two tigers at the palace entrance will purr at you when hailed. They also play dead if you ask them to.
