Well both the Enc and Shm version made it to live.. From what i've heard they're lvl 69 Spells (Requiring GREATER not Glowing Runes) and are the last hand in.

I guess the beastlord one was made the first spell because beastlords need this new slow more, with our lack of a resist debuff or a previous resist mod slow.

Supposedly a new bard AE slow went in today too. Need to get me a Lesser rune =).
