Actually there are only certain parts of the US that don't change with the Daylight savings time. It's very confusing.<br><br>If I lived in Phoenix, AZ it would be 14 hours ahead half the year and 15 hours ahead the other half because Phoenix doesn't change their clocks when DST hits.<br><br>Oh well...
