Post by motobike »

Ok sweet tooth's (sic) Here is a desert that will give ya more mana on raid nights. Fits in a regular glass and can be put in your 52x cup holders that come standard with most computers.

Ingredients
All mesurements are Aussie Cups etc 250ml (4fl oz for joo yanks)

1/2 cup Strong Esspresso Coffee
1/2 cup Coffee liqueur
16 sponge finger biscuit's, Halved widthwise
Cocoa powder for dusting

Filling

1 1/4 cups of mascarpone
1 1/2 cups of cream
3 tablespoons of sifted iccing sugar

To make the filling put the cream, mascarpone and Icing sugar in a bowl and whisk until light and creamy then put aside.

Place the coffee and liqueur in a small bowl and stir to combine.

Quickly dip both sides of the biscuit halves in the coffee mixture then place evenly into 4 glasses. Add a layer of filling then a layer of biscuit then a layer of filling until all used. Dust heavily with cocoa and refrigerate until needed.

(Baking 116)
(Specialized Raid abillities 100)
