Post by biliy »

Going to try to make a few things i havent done before (or not in a long time) in my long Christmas break, so i thought to share.

1) Chilli Mud Crab

2) Pepper Crab

3) Braised Belly Pork

4) Galantine of Chicken (saw this on the tv today, had never heard of it tbh)

5) Turducken (chicken stuffed into a duck, stuffed into a turkey)

6) Butterfly Meditteranian Leg of Lamb (on BBQ)

7) Lamb Riblets

8.) Pork Spare Ribs

9) Biryani (lamb or chicken)

10) Standing rib roast

Please feel free to add any ideas as i am happy to give it a go. Savoury treats!!

Also just did the Heston Blumenthal "Best Steak Ever" (easily googled).

Basically 24 hours at 50C on the bone, carve, then cook for a couple of minutes each side for colour. Quite simple really but i have to say it was de-leeeee-cious, yum.

Also did the full on Mushroom Ketchup which was amazing.

:)

yummy yummy in my tummy
