I love these.

1 cup sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 TBSP oil

mix all ingrediants together. Drop by spoonfulls into broth or onto veggies in soup / stew ... cover and let simmer 12 - 15 minutes ... DO NOT remove cover for at least 12 minutes.

Eat / enjoy

These are great dropped by teaspoon into water, then once cooked add to chicken broth for dumpling soup.

Easy as making mud pie Smile just throw all the stuff together, drop by teaspoonful into which ever liquid you have chosen ... make sure there's a lot of liquid though Smile ... cover and DO NOT LIFT THE COVER for at least 12 minutes.

For larger ones, just drop larger portions Smile add grated onion if you like as well or spices dill is nice in these if your putting it into chicken broth. Sounds funny but tastes awesome.

Good luck with yours Smile just takes a bit of practise is all Smile
