Dressing was just stuff i had in the fridge so forgive its simplicity.
I love Ranch dressings so the idea was to mix up:
A little Blue Gorgenzola i had left over with some Mayo, Hummus, Juice of a Lemon, Salt and Pepper to taste. Mash up the blue cheese (Cremosa best imo) into the Mayo and Hummus mix. I also had a few Anchovies (litteraly 2 in the bottom of the jar) left over and chopped them up small so i didnt use alot of salt, didnt need to.
I threw that over Salad leaves, carrot, tom's, spring onion, Bacon, Walnuts and half an Avo' i had.
Used up my left overs quite nicely. Love not wasting food.
