My science fiction novel, Pathways :)

Post by hokori »

Hi everyone!

So the short version of this is, I've been writing a science fiction novel now for about six years, and I finally finished it. The story is original and I've worked really hard to make it interesting, and so far the people who have read it have enjoyed it, so that's a good sign :) The story has post-apocalyptic elements to it, but it's more than just that.

You can check out my site at: www.sullenbard.com

My Kickstarter is at: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/12 ... tion-novel

Just for some information on the Kickstarter for those who aren't too familiar with it, all proceeds will help with the professional editing costs, along with a limited publishing run. Based on the rewards that supporters choose, they will receive different kinds of things, like paperback or hardcover editions of the book, bookmarks, or art prints and such.

Thanks for checking this out! Or just ignore it if you aren't that into it, hehe. Either way, thanks for reading! :)

Awesome! I'm going to have a look. My wife and I self-published a children's book (with more to come in the series) as e-Book(s). A lot of effort, and some cost in an illustrator. Quite an experience. I with you very well with this!

LOL @ Kimo :D

Jarinu, I'll rename my account shortly! And thanks for the encouragement too!

Creac, that's really cool that you guys published a children's book. Illustrations add another level of complexity to a project, so that's great you guys were successful with that! :) Thanks for wishing me well!

This is pretty much my first experience with this, so it's pretty nerve-wracking. But exciting, at least :orclol:

Thanks for backing my book! :D

I hope we hit the mark on this as well. I've been rabidly campaigning all over various social media platforms like a crazy person. It seriously means a lot that you contributed :)

If anyone can think of anyone else who might enjoy a good story, please spread the word! I promise you won't be let down :)
