Avocado and Chicken Fettuccine:
1 Pkt of Fettuccine pasta
1/2 an Avocado
400g can of condensed cream of chicken soup (low sodium - lite if required)
1 cup of chopped BBQ chicken ( or 1 cup of chicken breast cubed and browned in a pan)
Method:
Boil the water (add a little salt) cook the pasta as per packet instructions and cook until Al Dente. Strain and then add the condensed soup, chicken and avocado.
( u can switch the avocado for fresh mushrooms.. just fry off the mushies before adding them.
