Any more tips on getting them just right? I know it will be real simple once its been practised enough but i like to be right first up. I am sure it is as simple as it sounds but i thought to ask ya Tav.

Easy as making mud pie just throw all the stuff together, drop by teaspoonful into which ever liquid you have chosen ... make sure there's a lot of liquid though ... cover and DO NOT LIFT THE COVER for at least 12 minutes.
For larger ones, just drop larger portions add grated onion if you like as well or spices dill is nice in these if your putting it into chicken broth. Sounds funny but tastes awesome.
Good luck with yours just takes a bit of practise is all
