Sydney Pub - beer o'clock - Friday 6th July

Not sure specifically which zone the pub will be in, depends who says they're coming on the night - will try to pick a central location.
Chordling will be down from QLD and has volunteered to be the main puller. Unfortunately Golgo won't be able to make it, so someone else will have to pick up the loose trash before it becomes a problem.
Lewd in-your-end-o aside, if anyone is interested in having a couple of beers (or more) Friday night, post here. I think one or two of our recent apps are Sydney-siders?

Im in south sydney.. and work until 6 on fridays.. but would be willing to meet up a little later.. usually takes about 30-40 mins for me to get to the city

I'm north west, I think Weo is north (northern beaches?) and Zurt south. City may be the go.

Yeah it's still happening.
How is 7pm for the time?
Location I'm not so sure of. Sounds like the city would suit but it's been a while since I've been there on a Friday night and I'm not sure of which establishments would be suitable. I'm open to suggestions.
Alternatively, how does the Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay sound to those coming from the south?

Oh man! That brings back some memories. I used to drink at the Oak in Neutral Bay 40 years ago exactly. Is it still a meat market?

Sorry about being so late with reply, I'll figure out how to get to the oaks if thats where its going to be, this city boggles me, probly just cab it. I'm staying at The Macquarie Travelodge, north ryde.

Finally found this thread, only read this section once every 2 weeks
Sorry I missed the drinks, had a mate in the same job as me, leaving to go to another dept within the company.
Hopefully the next time ur down we can get the chance to have a beer or 2
