Wreckers

I can't find much information on RD, the strat, the minimum numbers or anything else.

This is the last fight I need for EP/Fire access.

I'm wondering if maybe it could be done before a Saturday raid? Or I could attempt to run an open raid...

Can someone point me in the direction of info on how to go about it? I can hardly run an open raid if I don't know how the encounter works but I can't find anything useful.
