Hi Guyz,

I'm after the last coldain ring and need to do a giant war in GD. I know rags wants to do 1 as well so that makes 2. I'll be spotting the event start guy every non raid week evening about 7:00pm and every weekend at 3pm. If he is up and sufficent motivation/numbers will be looking to do the giant war event at 7:30 on non raid weeknights or 3:30 on weekends. Tem says we need 3-4 groups. Hope to knock this over for Rags and I. If any of you have any suggestions on more popular scheduling I'd be happy to accomodate.

Reckon we might be able to fit in an IC crawl in between the two? Been sitting here IC crawl ready for about 3 months - just too lazy to do something about it.

I had little sleep due to the late raid last night, so early bedtime for me. I will be there in spirit but not in toon.

Gah.. how did it go? I wasn't on at all yesterday.. was busy fitting a stereo (mp3player) to de'ana's car

Sadly CV beat us to the punch and started at about 2pm. I stayed and watched though. I now know all of the 4 spawn points and what to do. KOS faction with dorfs is no problem as you really dont need to go near any of them unless a runner breaks through. Spawns cycle through 4 spawn points for three waves. Usually up to a dozen dblue giants. All giants should be engaged/rooted/snared. I figure raid force can engage spawn and maybe a few ranjas/droods/sks to snare/root runners would be a good idea. CV had 40 odd and killed the spawns 2-3 min after they popped then sat around for about 10 minutes till next spawn. I figure 3 wreckers groups could do it fairly safely in a timely fashion. Spawn points are:-
1- in plains to south west of thurg.
2- right in front of shardwurm caves south of thurg.
3- SSE of thurg at start of valley to spire
4- At spire
Generally raid should stage bout in the middle between guard iggloo's and shardwurm cave enterence. This is about the closest point to all 4 spawn points.
Well anyway spotting continues. Rags and I (with your help) will get there eventually.

A heart felt thanks to all the guildies and friends that made this a succes. I also ask that you don't forget the paragon of patience that is the Ragster and give him the sane support. I know I will be spotting just us much for him

I'll be there if I'm on.. Seems that the turnout was better for a sat afternoon than a friday one, I think having the notice helped, but understand that we can't always give notice.
