Ingredients
1) Handfull of fresh raw red and green chillis, get the little vicious bastards, sometimes called snake chillis. Basically they should be about 3 or 4 cm long and firm, not squishy soft.
2) Three or four cloves of raw garlic
3) Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
Instructions:
Chop it all up, mix it all up, eat it with everything.
