Grilled Pears with Blue Cheese

Post by Melodionxxx »

Ingredients:
Can of pear halves in syrup
Any blue cheese, Stilton, Gorgonzola, Dolcelatte
(option) bottle of Williams (pear schnapps)

1) Put the pear halves on their backs in grill pan so the little indentation is facing up
2) If you have some Williams, put a small amount in each little dimple
3) Grate/Crumble Blue Cheese over top
4) Grill em till cheese is browned nicely, just like you were making cheese on toast.

Thats it, take you 5 minutes and fkn yummy starter. You also get the thrill value of watchin peoples faces when you tell em what they're gonna get, then the sparkle in the eyes as they go MMMMM!
