Ingredients;
- 25 Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crushed - I used an entire packet of Farmbake Cookies from Woolworths as they're the yummiest ones I've found
- 2L Vanilla Ice Cream, Softened.
- 150mL Chocolate Syrup (Topping)
- 1 (300mL) Carton Thickened Cream, Whipped.

Directions;
1. Press crushed cookies in a 23 x 33cm baking dish. Spread ice cream over the cookies.
2. Pour syrup over the ice cream and top with whipped cream.
3. Freeze overnight.
4. Slice into squares and serve.
