Found this in a magazine and tried it. It's really good and just cause Thor was complaining I haven't been posting any lately sooo here you go short one
2 pkg active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese ( shredded ) but I just used 1/2 cup store bought.
2 cups warm 2% milk
3 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP melted butter ( I used margarine )
2 tsp salt
6 - 61/2 cups all - purpose flour
1 egg white ( beaten )
1 TBSP water
Topping
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove ( minced )
1/2 tsp each of sesame seeds, poppy seeds and paprika
1/4 tsp celery seed
1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the cheeses, milk, sugar, butter, salt and 3 cups of flour. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a firm dough.
2. Do not knead. cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
3. Stir dough down, transfer to 2 greased 9" x 5" loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled .. about 1/2 hour.
4. In a small bowl, combine egg white and water, In another bowl, combine topping ingredients. Brush loaves with egg white mixture, sprinkle with toppings.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

sounds like the russian dish Perozhki. Can stuff them with spinach/potato or meats etc. Very yummy
