I got this from my sister my daughter in law LOVES it sooo here goes. Hope you all like it as much as she does.
1 .. 9 x 13 pan
4 cups Graham crumbs
2/3 cups melted butter or margarine
dash of cinnamon ( about 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon )
Mix well ... press into the pan, Saving 1/4 cup of the crumbs
1 small bag of marshmallows ( WHITE ) not the colored ones
1 LARGE tub of Cool Whip
2 Tablespoons icing sugar
Mix well together
1 LARGE can pie filling. You can use any kind you like Sheldeelyn uses Cherry or Blueberry.
Put half the filling into the crust. Spread the pie filling over it, finish with the rest of the filling ... Top with the reserved graham crumbs
Refridgerate at least 6 - 8 hours ... over night is best though.
I prefer to whip my own cream too, and graham crumbs from what I understand are similar to your biscuits. but ground up cookies work as well ... if emergency happens here and I need them I use oatmeal or ginger cookies for the crumbs or Chocolate cookes work well too.
