ouch :| dont know what where you live and such but here in Brisbane/australian PoP has been avaliable pretty much on the same release date as the US release. new content /shrug Ive long given up the race to be first to 65, the one with the most AA's the one that spends 26hrs a day 8days aweek and such. Im quite content to stay level 60 and rake up the AA' points AoE'ing old seb something I cant do if I start to level up normally past level 60. Well, that's your choice, I guess, but I find nothing fun about fighting in the same zone every time I log on. I did it in FG out of necessity, and I don't plan on doing it again. Racking up AA points is all very well, but if you're not actually *doing* anything with them it seems kinda pointless to me. I joined Wreckers to raid, and my time online is spent either raiding or getting skills that benefit a raid party. From your logic, you wasted money on Velious, Luclin *and* PoP. What I find hilarious every time you post about how much you dislike PoP Vam, is you're completely Clueless. All we hear is I don't like PoP, I don't really play anymore, EQ sucks. If you don't play, and you don't leave Old Seb, then what the fuck do you know about PoP? and why do we have to keep hearing about your ignorance? I log on everyday, but I'm not in the race to be first to 65, I don't live to raid. I play to have fun with my friends, and guess what. PoP is the most fun I've had in EQ since I was a newb. The zones are well thought out, the mobs are tough, there are few soloers hogging camps. And I am yet to find a place with lag any worse than the old world. Vam, If you'd taken one step into any of the first tier zones then you would know how much your first paragraph is so wrong. You really are stupid to base all of your negativity on things you read in other peoples posts. Now why don't you just leave it be, it's obvious to us you have no clue about PoP. As for what you do in game. Enjoy it. Have fun.. AE 'til you have 150 AA points and so much plat that you can't even look in the bank coz it's bugged from you having too much plat, but PLEASE, keep your ignorance of zones (and expansions) out of your posts. Yes we all play to enjoy our time here.. For me PoP has great soloing, grouping and raiding. What's not to like. Thoraf

I was really disappointed with PoP at first as well. I could no longer exp in my favorite zones, Some of the planes seemed downright stupid (Plane of valor? Plane of tactics? Where is the ninth layer of hell and all the demons? :^) ) but aside from dumb names once I saw it for what it is, which is new content well thought out zone nifty zones nasty monsters and awesome exp, it's really rather fun, and makes Luclin look like a shamefull PoS. How's that for a run on sentence. :^) I'm still a little pissed at verrant for beefing up the bank accounts of Kupo by giving them awesome drop rates and then nerfing them when everyone else actually makes it to the harder zones, but they pull that shit every expansion. My only real bitch is they forgot to add the Plane of Goodness, which is a large flat plain with nothing but large indifferent animals which are blue all the way to 65 and provide LARGE amounts of exp and drop stackable sellable items worth hundreds of plat. If they can make the near useless Plane of Justice, they could have tossed Rangers a bone. PoN can easily be soloed, but the exp is not worth the time and effort and the risk of getting trained.

VI want people grouping. They also want level 60s to stop killing level 45 mobs and freeing up the zones so that people of the appropriate level can fight there rather than being bullied by level 60s AEing the place. PoP does everything it's been designed to do, and overall does it very well.
