Someone recommended an add blocker to me which I thought I would try out - has been a while since I used one. Forgot how much nicer things are without the clutter.

Did not realise quite how many things were pounding me till I installed it. Its tidy and efficient.

uBlock Origin

You want "uBlock origin"not the other product thats more prevalent. There are versions for chrome, firefox, edge and others.

Yep been running uBlock Origin for awhile now

I had run AdBlock but they started selling access to whitelists and ads started creeping back in hence uBlock

I'm still using AdBlock and I'm starting to get sick of it for that very reason. Maybe it's time to jump ship.

I am appreciating uBlock Origin. I find the addon at least in firefox easy to modify turn on and off if something I want to see isnt working etc.

Thanks for this, I had been finding adblock seriously lacking, now with combo of both on chrome I rarely see an ad.
