Runtime error

Gday peoples,

As of Sunday night I suddenly started getting "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" errors........*curse-mumble-profane expletive-curse* What is this, and how do I fix it?!

Possibly a corrupted dll. Force a repatch of eq and see if that fixes it.

Thanks Nekrha, i'll try to patch it again.

A couple of other things I've noticed that dont seem right. Anything played in VLC is all screwed up, ultra-fast with tv shows or movies, and music is scrambled. And logging into eq, the window is about 1/4 the size of the screen. (When its normally full screen, in window mode).

Due to the VLC issues, im leaning more to something wrong with the graphics card over something wrong with EQ. Is that possible?

I'd first try reinstall VLC first to see if it resolves the problem for it, then you can work your way up from that. VLC is pretty small, so trivial to reinstall. With my hardware problems, they usually just go dead on me.
