IF you can guarantee the cleanliness of the milking shed (and workers) and the health of your milking cattle, then unpasteurised will not do you a lot of harm and is (according to some people) better for you than pasteurised, plus it is still regarded as safe to drink even when it has gone off where...

Unpasteurised milk contains a number of organisms found within dairy cows and the milking shed which can cause severe illness in humans. There are several diseases prevalent in European cattle including anthrax and tubercullosis (roquefort is from France and is actually ewe's milk, whereas fontina i...

Ahh thats why we don't know it here in Australia and don't seem to import it. Its an unpasteurised cheese. Unpasteurised milk and dairy products have been banned in Australia for a long, long time. Although they did allow roquefort in very recently. Not sure if you can still buy roquefort here thoug...

Its not a name we are familiar with here in Australia.

Ahh the good old days when you could just wander into a bank, fill out a form with no ID required and open a bank account in whatever name you wanted as long as you had $5 to put in it.

Buy a pair of cheap mid calf length jeans or whatever from kmart and cut them into little tattered peaks just below the knee, buy an horizontal striped shirt with a boat neck if possible, buy a black scarf or a square of black cotton for your headcovering thing and make/buy an eyepatch, dig out your...

And whilst men may see this as funny and weirdly sexy, the majority of women know it is not only damned annoying but can be very painful. Sure, there are some reasonably effective sports bras out there but nothing has fully stabilised the breast during jogging and similar activities.

Oh hell Ky. It has been my ambition to spend a couple of weeks up at 7 Spirits for at least 15 years. Closest I got to it was a few days over on the Tiwi Islands a couple of weeks around the Darwin area and a couple of weeks rough camping around Roper River.

Did you know that photo used of the city burning is a doctored photo? Reuters (I think) got into a lot of trouble because of this particular photo. It was done by one of their Iraqi photographers and is a shot of the city skyline and a shot of a smouldering car tyre dump. The photos were then photos...

Good luck with it Moto. But why Mexican? The Mexican fad hit here about 30 years ago and failed miserably. Sure, a few people eat those El Paso meal kits at home and yes I realise they are not as good as real Mexican. Mexican food does not seem to be all that popular here, is the point I'm trying to...

I'm not really sure what I did to upset Luv. I did help a couple of times and offered my help for his epic run whenever he was ready to do it. I knew a girl a little older than my daughter, with the real name of Honey MacHunter. Just try saying it out loud and see where it takes you. On the other hand, my mother absolutely swears she went through school with a girl called Isa Bugge. When I was doing the programme for a swimming carnival, o...
