Yea similar concept in lining bottom of tin...this comes out much closer to a teacake than a tatin which is pasrty.

agree making from scratch superior for those that have the palate. however at 1am in the morning.. opening a jar..mixing in yoghurt. coating chicken and leaving in fridge is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. /hugs

I place 1 cup serves of the stock zip lock bags in a plastic container to stop any leak and stack them in the container til frozen..they then take up little room and perfect size for usage.
