have u spent the 25 or whatever starting points on your base stats on the stat entry in first page?....i'm guessin u have but maybe worth rechecking.

i use the same charm T, i just set mine to the minimum value since that is the point at whitch i have least stats on it, i set the charm's augment to its full value as it is not affected by the charm itself. other than that and your missing foot slot looks fine aa wise etc. perhaps you have foraged ...
