An Everquest Story

It was the first time we'd spoken in eight years, and she had never forgotten the night I ...

Dragon Fight

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uE5aWKOVJm4 This is how a dragon fight looks more convincing. It's more dynamic rather than just simply face to face or rear/side autoattacks like EQ, WOW, Rift, or Guild Wars. Monster Hunter World can do this because it is a modern MMO, and it reminds me of the ill-f...

After some google searching and soul searching, I finally found Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool. And I wa...

Welcome to the friendliest and most talented guild ever!

I should be rolling out the red carpet to everyone who applies to the greatest guild that ever played EQ. I've never known any group of players more talented and friendlier than Wreckers. They're understanding, and always there to help if you really need to. Since I'm the do-it-yourselfer type of pe...

Attendance for 2014Mar20

Who do I contact regarding On-Time attendance for March 20, 2014.

I was on an hour before start time 2:30 PM AEDT.

I asked for raid invite 10 minutes before raid time but did not get raid invite, and so I asked again 10 minutes later.

Mage, Bard, Ranger combo

That is not weird at all, I believe.

It makes perfect sense, using the bard to kite, while mage sends pet in and gar classically does the ninja afk /autofire.

Sounds good!

Welcome a new, young Evercrack addict

A long time ago when I was at the University of Southern California at age 18, I was interested in a Star Trek game found only on the SUN OS system running UNIX. Everyone who was already playing Star Trek over the WAN was somewhat surprised to see me, the new, potential addict to Star Trek mulitplay...

You must be on medical leave from work or school.

Glad you're all repaired and patched up. You can play Everquest! Don't need a leg to play Everquest!

It's a sedentary lifestyle playing Everquest!

Cold CPU or cold cockatrice?

The CPUs on your extreme gaming setup or in my case, my Alienware M18x overclocked would need some extreme cooling.

Is nude gaming too cold for my cockatrice?

You can get the Nostalgia of old EQ from private stuff. I had a really awful memory of playing EQ ten years ago. Powerful PVP

That is good to know that casters can actually dualcast spells - not that the dual wield ability is much use to arcanists and priests. I never see them melee when I was on Rift and WOW for the PVP. My warrior with titan grip - wielding 2-handers in each hand still get owned, and I can see why when I...

I am one sixth of the way through Skyrim for the past few weeks. The graphics are like Oblivion/Knights of the Nine/The Shivering Isles. The quest interface/HUD is a little more complicated but at least you can dual wield now. I haven't played a caster so not sure if they can dual wield. It is basic...

Hey, how's all the offline and online gaming coming along?

I played almost every offline RPG known to man since the old MUD, MOO, MUSH days. My first dungeon crawler on the PC were two I forgot but based on the Dungeons & Dragons and Tolkien's Moria and Angband concept of dungeon crawling. So that's how I got hooked with Everquest when it first came out in ...

Fan Faire 2011

Is anyone going to Las Vegas July 7 to 9, 2011 for the Fan Faire at Bally's Casino northwest of the McCarran International Airport? This would be my first in over a decade. I never got a chance to go because I was too busy spending precious EQ1 time playing Everquest every second I get a chance to. ...
