a lot is new a lot is the same, HP and Mana totals are exponentially larger. we had the addition of "heroic statistics" which then after a while ate the old Mod 2's like Melee Shielding etc. "Luck" was added more recently Nothing world shattering - just something else to accumulate to do more DPS or...
